1. Returns
- Eligibility:
Items purchased from Bloke Outfitters may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. - Exclusions:
Vintage items and items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
2. Refunds
- Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. - Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees, as determined directly by the carrier, are passed on to the customer and are non-refundable, except in cases where an error on part of the business has occurred.
